Challenge 3

Finding the visual direction of the website that will represent Sunpride: Mix of old and new

Sunpride wants to position itself as an evolving company by blending its historical roots with contemporary designs

Action Taken

During the discovery meeting, we asked the Sunpride team to identify three adjectives that best represent the company. Based on their responses, we presented three different stylescapes that capture the essence of blending the old and the new

Challenge 1

Serving multiple audiences on Sunpride's website poses a challenge in ensuring that each audience can readily get the information they need

With the limited time we have, I decided to do a discovery interview internally and talked with various departments to identify the users, their pain points and craft personas that the website would cater to

Actions Taken

Actions Taken

To address the challenge, a phased implementation strategy was proposed. To ensure efficiency, we conducted interviews and testing within Sunpride's appropriate departments only.

Phase 1: Anniversary Launch

The first phase focused on developing and launching key pages essential for the anniversary launch (Home, About, History, Brands, Contact)

Phase 2: Post Anniversary

Second phase involved the additional pages to be launched after the anniversary date (Product Listing, Services, Partners, Careers, and resources.

Launching a Fully Functional Website for Sunpride's 50th Anniversary Within a Tight Deadline

Challenge 2

We faced a significant challenge of launching a fully functional website on its 50th-anniversary date with only a month from the start of the project, leaving little time for designing, development, and deployment of the website.

We are celebrating our 50th anniversary and we want want to showcase it. Our existing website's design feels old and is no longer representing Sunpride as a company. A lot of users these days are also on their mobile and our site is not optimized.

-Director

Images and product listings are outdated. A lot of customers & partners are not informed about the new products we offer and is unaware of the slaughter service that we offer.

-Customer Support

Sunpride's website is no longer effective in attracting potential partners and showcasing the company's reputation and offerings

-Marketing Head

The website looks unappealing, making it hard for job seekers to find relevant information about the company and its culture
